Entertainment Industry Preferred Vendor Discount Program


This program connects the film industry with Baton Rouge businesses making doing business in our capital city easy and affordable while fostering long-term relationships between the entertainment industry and area vendors.

FILM MAKERS:
As a qualified/permitted film and/or television production registered with the Baton Rouge Film Commission all staff/cast/crew associated with the production will receive BY BATON ROUGE identification cards. (Discount Application Form for Vendor Discount) These hard plastic cards are numbered and dated in accordance with your production dates. Upload the free BY BATON ROUGE - I phone app today in the apple store featuring a list of current participants. AREA BUSINESSES:
Businesses interested in signing up for the program should go to:
http://br.reel-scout.com/crew_login.aspx and then click on "register now" within the text, the site will then walk you through the process of signing up, one must click on the request to join the Vendor Discount Program if they wish for their business to be included on that list.  Once approved, your business will be highlighted amongst other local businesses that are participating in the program.  Please indicate the discount you wish to offer in the "notes" section. 

**if you do not have any credits at this time please write "un-accredited"- this will alllow you to bypass the prompt.  Once credits are secured, you may log back in at any time to update your vendor profile**

The mission of Visit Baton Rouge, the Baton Rouge Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, is to increase visitation to and awareness of the Baton Rouge Area, therefore enhancing economic impact. In keeping with this mission, Visit Baton Rouge supports the Baton Rouge Film Commission in its efforts to promote Baton Rouge as a major destination for film production.
